Processing Time:
All of our products are handmade, so please allow 5-7 business days for processing before your order is shipped.
Shipping Time:
Once shipped, orders typically arrive within 2β5 business days (U.S. only). You will receive a tracking number as soon as your order is on the way.
Local Delivery or Pickup:
We currently do not offer local delivery or pickup, but stay tuned β this may change in the future!
International Shipping:
At this time, we only ship within the U.S.
Damaged Packages:
If your package arrives damaged please contact us at krootscustomerservice@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery. Weβll do our best to resolve the issue quickly. Include your order number and clear photos of the product and packaging.
Lost Packages:
Once your order has been shipped and is in transit, we are not responsible for lost, stolen or delayed packages. A claim will need to be filed directly with the shipping carrier.
If you need assistance with filing a claim, weβre happy to help! We will guide you through the process as best as we can
Can I get a refund?
If your order has not been shipped yet, you can email us at krootscustomerservice@gmail.com to cancel your order. Please provide your order number in the email.
At K-Roots Hair Care, we put love and care into every bottle we make. Because our products are handmade and personal care items, we do not accept returns or exchanges at this time.

Invalid Addresses:
Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order. K-Roots Hair Care is not responsible for packages sent to incorrect or undeliverable addresses.
If an order is returned to us due to an invalid or incomplete address:
